Ing. František Francírek, Ph.D.
Is the chairman of the company Board of Directors. Since 1994 he has worked as a tax consultant (Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Czech Republic) and since 2000 he has also worked as a property assessor (Czech Chamber of Property Assessors). As part of his professional activities, he mainly specializes in tax aspects of transfer prizes (see publications of some specialized articles in economic periodicals). As a part-time instructor, he has lectures at the Department of Public Finance of the University of Economics in Prague and works as a trainer for the educational agency Intes, Prague. Apart from those professional activities, he also holds the position of chairman of the Board of Directors at "Dad and Mum Foundation".

Ing. Vlastimil Roun, Ph.D.
Holds the position of the deputy chairman of the Board of Directors. As part of his professional activity, he mainly specializes in management accounting, accounting aspects of transfer prices and problems of accounting systems harmonization, including accounting of not-for-profit organizations. Since 1996 he has also worked as an instructor at the Department of Management Accounting of the University of Economics in Prague. He regularly lectures for educational agencies VOX, Intes, the Controller Institute and Association of Accountants. He also participated with the official translation of the International Accounting Standards (IAS). Apart from those professional activities, he also holds the position of deputy chairman of the Board of Directors at "Dad and Mum Foundation".

Ing. Jarmila Václavková
A tax consultant, holding the position of member of the Board of Directors.

Ing. Ondřej Burian
A tax consultant. He has had his own tax practice since 1997, he is mainly specialized in specific problems of the income tax. He passed several certification educational programs organized by the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Czech Republic and the Pedagogical Faculty of the Masaryk University in Brno. He is a member of the professional section for the income tax of legal persons with the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Czech Republic. Extensive publication activities (Economia, Verlag Dashöfer, ASPI).

Prof. Ing. Hana Vomáčková, CSc.
Professor of accounting at the Department of Financial Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague, specialized in accounting of company combinations, administrator of the course on Accounting of Acquisitions, Mergers and Other Ownership Transactions. A book with the same title will be published in the autumn of 2005 as the 3^rd edition in the BOVA-Polygon publishers. The author of lots of articles on the topic of accounting of acquisitions and mergers. Since 1992 a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic, member of the examination committee of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic, executive and auditor of the auditors company RAVO-AUDIT s.r.o.

Ing. Zdeněk Krůček, CSc.
A tax consultant, the chairman of the Board of Directors of the consultancy cooperative INTES, Prague. He has provided tax consultancy since 1990. After the Law on Tax Consultancy and Chamber of Tax Consultants was adopted, he has been a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Czech Republic since 1993. Since 1994 he has been a member of the Chamber Professional Board, the manager of the section of property taxes and an examiner. He also lectures and publishes articles on taxes.
